For partners using the Ordermark tablet and printer to receive Nextbite orders, you are able to make key adjustments easily including updating hours, editing the menu, and 86’ing items. For quick reference guides on how to do those things, see the links below:

Fulfillment Partner Payouts

Nextbite pays our restaurant partners every two weeks. You will find further information about the schedule of payments, the standard statements, and other details around pay-outs here.

We also have created a Revenue Recovery process process that will alert you when refunds or cancellations will impact your payout amounts. This allows restaurants to submit a claim to the DSP’s to request the funds from that order. More about this disputes process can be found here.
